Project evaluation

Since each installation is different, the projects you undertake with AubinPélissier begin with a rigorous evaluation of the current situation of the facilities or, in the case of a new construction, a thorough study of the building plans. A precise list of the steps to be followed is then developed to ensure that the desired end result is achieved. Our experience in building mechanics dates back to 1955 and our field of expertise is wide, which allows us to see each project as a whole, for maximum efficiency.

Solution design

There are many solutions and often they must be designed specifically for each building. Our team of engineers and technicians assemble the best components on the market in thoughtful and proven designs to ensure optimal performance of your system.

Plans and engineering

Here is a distinctive value-added step for each of our projects: we are able to design engineering plans for our installations, authenticated by a seal. This service saves you a lot of time and money.AubinPélissier’s team of engineers and technicians makes sure that each project is delivered quickly and allows us to provide a real “turnkey” service.

Manufacturing and assembly

The modules designed for your installation are assembled at our Trois-Rivières plant. Each stage of the project is carried out by a member of AubinPélissier’s team. Experienced technicians carefully assemble each component to ensure that your investment is sustainable and profitable.

If a doubt or question arises in the workshop, it is forwarded in real time to the solution designer. The customer therefore benefits from the workshop being close to the design and engineering offices. Abenefit that guarantees a job well done, without delay!

Project logistics

As construction progresses and the installation is approaching, the logistics team gets started and plans each step. AubinPélissier is responsible for hiring each external trade to ensure that the installation steps are completed within the projected schedule. Our project managers are involved at every stage and deal with unforeseen events. They make sure that everything is in place to ensure that AubinPélissier’s solution is installed without problems and as quickly as possible. You don’t have to plan anything, we take care of everything!

Installation and supervision

At the time of installation, AubinPélissier’s project managers, workers and specialists join forces to execute the plan. Each step is carefully covered and the team of specialists’ synergy is evident. One goal: perfect execution down to the smallest detail.

Optimization and maintenance

Your installation will react to the different hazards of the temperature and its own construction. Adjustments are therefore to be expected. We provide feedback on all our facilities to ensure that performance is at the expected level. Also, a team of 40 mobile technicians is available 24/7 for maintenance and urgent repairs.
