Rénoclimat

The Rénoclimat program is here to guide you through your residential renovation work and lower your energy bill.

Eligibility criteria

You own your home.
Your residence is a single-family dwelling (single, semi-detached or row house), a mobile home on a permanent foundation, a duplex, a triplex or a building with 4 to 20 units (3).
The building is habitable year-round, regardless of the form of energy used for the main heating.

Chauffez vert

Rénoclimat’s Chauffez vert program can provide up to $1,275 in financial assistance to individuals who replace their fossil fuel heating systems with more efficient and less polluting heating systems. The types of renewable energy authorized are electricity from Hydro-Québec, geothermal energy, wind energy, solar energy and aerothermal energy (heat pump).
